Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files, templates, or downloads has been provided, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered.
This policy applies to all products sold by Ineke Creative, including but not limited to:
Canva wedding stationery templates
Framer wedding website templates
Digital downloads
Template bundles and collections
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same order.
The product was not delivered due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
The purchased product is materially different from the product description.
